Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 4 cups peeled and grated jicama
- 1 tsp chili powder (more if you like it spicy)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Dash of salt and pepper
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced onion and cook until translucent, stirring often. About 3 minutes.
Add the jicama, lime juice, chili powder, salt and pepper and cook until brown, stirring often, 6-8 minutes.
