Ingredients
Canadian bacon slices
Eggs
veggies to add to the eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Spray your muffin pan with PAM.
- In a muffin pan, place a piece of Canadian bacon into each hole and press it down to make a cup.
- In a separate bowl mix up some eggs and some chopped veggies.
- Pour a small amount in each cup (don't overflow too much)
- Cook for about 15 minutes or until the egg is no longer runny.
- Pop the egg “cups” out of the pan once they’re cool enough to handle. Whatever you don’t eat goes straight into the fridge for a snack or another meal.
